okay one quick rec.
A Statue Strong Enough for Two. Elena/Mithian
One of my favorite authors lady_ragnell filled the prompt I left a kinkme_merlin. I've been following since the beginning and it's finally complete.
It's a plotty, lovely story and it's a superhero AU. Pretty much all the characters from Merlin show up, but this fic is definitely focused on Elena and Mithian.
Elena/Mithian is one of my all time favorite pairings to come out of the Merlin fandom and this fic definitely does them justice. It's long, but so so worth it. The plot is great, just the right mix of mystery and fandom allusions. The actual relationship between Elena and Mithian is beautiful, as is the relationship between their superhero counterparts.
I honestly can't rec this fic enough. There needs to be more rarepairs in the Merlin fandom, especially femslash, and this fic definitely is one of the best.
