I've watched season one of Sex and the City and about half of season two* (why yes, I am bored, how did you guess?) and honestly, I'm on Big's side. I only decided to watch the show 'cause I liked the film but dude! I thought this was supposed to be all about women being all powerful and crap. This is four women, obsessing about men! How is that

I never got into the show. I think I saw part of one or two episodes. I was disgusting by the narrator's voice because she sounded like she was speaking babytalk. But even though I didn't watch it because I didn't have HBO, or whatever was airing it, I couldn't escape it because they literally talked about it on the radio and on talk shows, and in American newspapers all the time! I felt like I was being forced to watch it by osmosis, or something. I hate women who act stupid like that. Also, with the job she had, in real life, she wouldn't have been able to afford the clothes, the shoes, or the regular highlighting and color on her har. That alone would have cost her $250 - $300 a month, and with housing alone in NYC, well, in reality, all that running around, spending, and drinking in NYC would have been impossible
