though I definitely prefer doing the counseling/anonymous affiliation side of recruitment, it is also a bit difficult. I can see some of my PNMs swaying toward other houses, and on the one hand I'm really glad that they're finding a place there, but on the other, I'm kind of sad that they aren't finding a place at my chapter because I want to continue having them around.
But I certainly have been strongly reminded of how much I like living in DG. And how much I know that I wouldn't have wanted to live my college years any other way. I would have been so miserable in a dorm--so very miserable. And now, I trust my sisters to show how wonderful we are, and to recruit the hell out of all those pnms and sway them right back our direction, cause I sure as hell can't do anything about it.
