Hi everyone! I'm the new Kage of this community thanks to poor_wes *bows* Domo!
I've seen how active this community can be and how much potential there's in it and I want to keep that alive and thriving. As of this point, all members that needed a stamping have now been stamped and all those that still need votes to receive a stamp will be listed in this post. I am also going to tag all entries with some new tags - such as, character tags. This way, instead of clicking "stamped" and getting a possibly 500 some entries of stamped members, you'll be able to sort by character. I will also be making a post (since I can't edit the original) that will also put a list of "Ninja Profiles" under each character with a link to the appropriate application.
On top of that, the user info and the layout will be revamped and I will like to work on any necessary stamps - if there are to be any needed.
Up to this point, there have only been Anime-characters allowed -- we have one member who was voted to be Obito, but as he's yet to be in the anime, that application will need to be voted on once more. At the end of this post, there will be a survey posted for everyone to answer - the more feedback I get, the better things'll be. Such as possible Theme's and Re-Stamping/Applying.
There is now a new rule - not yet added to the user info - that I hope will make sure there won't be so many slack-votes so often. This way, people can be stamped quicker and get their results quicker -- after all, everyone comes here to be stamped.
From now on, you must vote on three applications before you may be stamped. This means, going to your application and editing it with links to the three applications you have voted on! And, for the love of Naruto, do not do the "sheep routine" once you realize you have to vote on other applications and vote blindly just to be stamped. I've noticed by going through -every- application to make a list so that I may tag this easier, most of the time, everyone's been pretty good about being honest with their votes. Whether it be they weren't positive, or felt that they were. Most of the time, people weren't blindly voting - I'd like to continue that.
After this post, no applications will be stamped UNTIL all posts here have reached enough votes to be stamped.
Now, I'd like everyone - especially those in this list - to vote on the following applications so that they may be stamped. The reason the tie-breakers are not being stamped as those they are tied with is because they are three-way ties.

Now, I have a few questions I'd like the members to discuss! Unfortunately, I cannot create a poll, so you have to do it the old fashioned way!
First, I'll list the questions - then, for your convenience, I will put it in a easy-to-copy survey-format; much like the application ^_~
1) How do you feel about having theme's? Perhaps Bi-monthly or Tri-monthly? Or something else all together? (Examples: Who's your match? Which Sensei are you most like? Which village do you belong to?)
2) Do you want the stamp options to spread to manga characters as well - or do you want to continue to keep it strictly anime?
3) Do you want more stamp options in the anime-verse? If so, who would you like added - who do you feel should already be there?
4) Since the anime has now hit Shippuden, so this can be included even if you do not wish to add manga-verse, do you want Post!Time Skip and Pre!Time Skip added? (Examples: Post!Sakura vs Pre!Sakura. We know that some characters have shown some change - change enough, in some cases, to have people vote differently).
5) Do you want the Akatsuki members to be added -- or only those that have been shown in the anime thus far - such as Kisame, Deidara and Tobi (I don't think any others, besides Itachi who already has a stamp, has been shown? ) --- Oh, Zetsu has, right?
6) The current rule states that you may only re-apply within a month of your original stamping or with the Kage's permission. A lot can happen in a month to prevent people from re-applying and a lot can happen after a month in an anime --- or manga, if we are to include manga!verse. Do you want the option to re-apply changed and if so to what? (Example: Only three applications per person total [not including possible theme's]. Only re-apply after 3 months have gone by. Only re-apply within 3 months. Etc)
7) Would you object to having a weekly post that would contain new promotions/affiliates? (As in, people would comment to a specified post to be affiliated or to promote something, and once a week I will put those like a "newsletter" into one post)
8) What is something you, as a member, would like changed, kept or added to keep this community alive? (Please, do not include "faster stamping", because as a new Kage, I hope to keep it within reason and not to have it go long without making a post of hiatus first -- in which case, I may need an Assistant to help so that stampings will never be longer than they should be).
