I'd like to introduce your new Kage!
Alright, everyone, as of now, Xinda is your new Kage. The e-mail I was sent has promised a decent upkeeping of the community (which is, as aforementioned, better than what I could offer), and Xinda has some very innovative ideas to do with the community. With that said, Xinda, you are now officially the Kage of naruto_rating. Congratulations. :) I'll continue to watch the community and see where it goes.
