a bereavement in the family
My budgie Harry is sadly no longer with us. He passed away this morning, he hadn't been very well for a while, but he's moved on to a better place. I buried him in the garden with the small plastic bird he used to cuddle upto when he was feeling lonely, and he looked very placid laying in the cotton wool in the box. I hope he has a peaceful afterlife.

In other news, I applied to hip_progeny and hopefully everyone will be kind and like the fact that my grammar is rather good and I have a view on pretty much everything. I suddenly feel less than optimistic.
bang__yourhead told me that everyone has been all whiney and depressed recently, so I am here to break the cycle. I am in a very good mood (Other than the passing of Harry of course) and I plan to be for a long time to come yet. Huzzah!
