In Which I am Blissing Out
HE CALLED!!! From bootcamp, he called!! I didn't think he was supposed to for weeks, a month at least, but he did, and he said he loved me and missed me and to write lots! His address should be here in a couple of days, and then I can send him the three full envelopes I already have ready.
I realized today, he's been gone two weeks. Which leaves seven weeks. Seven weeks is not a long time, if you think about it. It's not even a full fifty days. Nine weeks is only a quarter of an elementary school year. It's not that long. And these past two weeks went freakin' FAST. So, I think I'm going to be ok.
To have those doubts silenced, the ones that said he'd rethought his decision and wasn't going to write or call, it's such a burden lifted, I can't even tell you.
