In Which There Are Good Things
Things That Are Good.
1.) We have no school tomorrow, which means I have a whole day to laze away and read, and paint amulets, and watch Repo! (again), and write and write and write. Yay!
1.5) Snow is still pouring down, so I'm going to try to sled somewhere on campus tomorrow, and make a snow Dalek. That sucker is gonna be at least waist high, you'll see.
2.) I have a chocolate chip muffin.
3.) I was listening to Genetic Emancipation on the way to do something I was unsure about last week, and on Shilo's very last "Free at Last", the sun just bloomed from behind the clouds. It gave me so much joy.
4.) Spring Break is in four days! Three for me, now, cause no school tomorrow, and I don't have classes on Friday. I'll probably stay around campus for most of it, just have my own peace and quiet.
5.) Jack's scooter, his old one, the one I loved, is getting fixed for only $60, so we can sell the one I hate, and ride the good scooter all spring!
6.) Soon it will be spring and I can wear my dresses again!
7.) The wet snow made my hair fluffy.
8.) It's supposed to get warmer this weekend, and if that's true and we get Rosi (Good Scooter) back, I can go see Gerard a lot more!
9.) The Song "Disturbia" is awesome and I want to make a Shilo/Graverobber fic with it.
10.) And this is the biggie. I talked to Mom, and she agreed that, if Jack does go through basic, and gets recruited, and enlists, and does all the things he says he's going to do, we can get married before he moves to base!! I'm getting married this summer, you guys!!!
It's still kinda sinking in, and Mom won't start planning till he has a date for basic training, so we have a date, but...it's happening, it's really happening. I still can't believe it, but everything's kinda falling into place. I mean, I still have no plans of any kind, but at least it's concrete. Things really can't seem to get much better.
Oh, and Madea Goes To Jail was number one at the box office, beating the Jonas Brothers Movie. There is hope for this world yet, Mister Frodo, there is hope yet.
