I forgot to add to my previous post, one of our family friends had a heart attack early this week. He's... probably in his early fifties. He has two little kids (ten-ish and five, I want to say) and a wife almost twenty years younger than him (a relatively normal practice in pakistan). He went through surgery the morning after and is in the ICU now.
All of last night, my dad had pain in his left arm, along with some numbness once in a while. He went for an EKG and stress test this morning and afternoon. Everything came back normal, just like it has when he's gone for these tests in the past. We still don't know why he faints or gets cold chills every few years or so.
I'm worried about my dad, and also think that he's a little bit paranoid about health stuff, but I guess it comes with the territory since he's aging now.
Spare good thoughts for both men, if you have the chance, please.
