This is my cat.
Okay, so he's not really my cat- I just play with him and he just follows me around. Like, literally. I'd pull up to my grandparents place, and he'd pop right out of the barn and come running. And then he'd try to trip/follow me to the pool where he would sit and watch me swim. When I'd have to leave, I'd either have to trick him or feed him (somehow cause a distraction) just to make sure I didn't run him over trying to pull out of the drive way.
There's actually tons of stray cats running around the farm- which is why I named him Mini-Socks, since there's about five other sock-like cats from the previous generation. Such as Roller Socks, so aptly named because of the white paws and her random joy in rolling around in the dirt.
That's pretty much what I did all summer- wander over to the farm to play with those cats there... then down the street to play with Mini-Socks and go swimming. Unconditional loving and unemployment = awesome. I am so gonna be one of those cat ladies one day. All I need now is a mansion....
Anyway, I know I said I wasn't gonna post anymore if it wasn't art or art related... but I did futz around with that pic a bit- but not really. Note to self (before I forget again): ctrl-h hides the marquee lines... yes... excellent... As tedious and laborious it is to actually use photoshop on (gasp) photos for picky little things, it's kinda nice to know it doesn't take much to jog my memory. It almost makes me want to hop onto Aftereffects and then maybe get back into Maya- no... spoke too soon... nevermind...
