I'm not as proud of this one, but it did come out. And I suppose I should track my progress with both the success and the failures. This is a HDR (High Dynamic Range) created from 3 photos at different exopsures. And it is a much better representation of the scene then any of the individual images. I find that I greatly enjoy skylights, and buildings/coverings with openings in them. Especially to allow trees and other greenery to grow through.

Took a short hike with thatnerdygirl this morning at Tiger Mountain and went by the old bus. Visually, I feel this was about the most interesting shot I think I took there. It is an HDR compilation of course though, and had to play with the saturation a bit to get the look I wanted. I'm not entirely happy with the lighting on this photo, and will need to go back and take some pictures during the day. But I really like the image of this tree appearing as if it exploded out of the bricks. As lisatheriveter said, "it wants to be a book cover".
