"Do you don't you want me to make you?"
So it's been a bit of a stressful week, but it was more in all the anticipation - it turned out better than it could have. Took Wednesday off, then later that day had peoples over for curry and stuffs. It's been a good friend time, and I keep getting gifts sporadically - it's nice, heh. They're all really neat, yay. It feels like it's taken forever to get to Christmas break, but it also feels like finals have snuck up on me. I feel okay about AP Econ and band and health [of course, with those last two, heh]. AP Calc...I don't feel that great about the final, but I'm not worried about how it'll affect my grade, so whatever. I'm pissed about the AP Lit one - it's going to be full out AP style, and we're not ready for that. We've done hardly any in class essay writing, and I'm not in the "write three essays in two hours" mode. But yeah. I'm calm/apathetic about it for the most part again, and just ready for it to be over.
Oh, and today I went with Meg and Jess [Brittany had to work] to Macon. We waited around a bit because UGA was supposed to let me now my status today, but it was being stupid so we just went, and when we got there we went to Olive Garden :D So good. I got sang to for my birthday-ness, heh. Aaaaaaaand, in the middle of dinner my dad called and told me that I got accepted to UGA. I didn't really think I would right away, I thought I'd get deferred and have to do more stuff first [and no, I was not be unfoundedly pessimistic]. But yeah, it's just nice for that to finally be out of the way [though I still feel oddly anxious, heh...like it didn't catch on]. Yay.
After that we went to the mall, and I got an awesome Tool shirt - it's gray with Tool in red, and eye-ness...I couldn't resist, and my regular Tool shirt is like a youth large, which is okay at first - until it shrinks, and then it gets really short. This one's a medium, which is eh [small's best], but it's all good. Anyway, we went around a bit, Old Navy, Hot Topic, this new Steve and Barry thing, and then left for Barnes and Noble, where I got Jo and Tato a book of all the Peanuts comics, yay. They didn't have Black Sun Silver Moon 3, still >< Jeez, I don't know what it is with that.
But yeah...rambleyness. I'm tired now, doing all that stuff on a Friday, my crash day, heh. I'll probably be out early. BWAP.
