Gender equality is such a hard thing to define and have an opinion about today when gender, intersex, and alternate gender lines are so blurry- I believe in it, yet I also think there needs to be a line and some segregation.  If a man and a woman have the same job, have been working for the same amount of time, have the same level of education/ ( Read more... )
