well wasn't that just a blasterific day.  (please note sarcasm).

It started off so well and ended up with my car almost getting nailed with a piece of flying flashing!  I don't know where that wind came from but I want to send to 100kph gusts back wherever they came from!

And it feels like snow tonight.

What is with this nonsense?!!  We come out of our mock-inspection of the tattoo parlour & it's raining/snowing/other wet stuff outside!  This is not right.  It should only do one of these things at a time, indecisiveness is not permitted.  the weather deities must pick something & not just pick everything as a default.  not right at all!  ;(

Well, I'm certainly glad I got home when I did.  A lovely little hail storm just hit with pea sized pieces of hail coming down.  I can't really recall ever seeing hail in March, but this is Alberta, anything can happen ( Read more... )

sometimes I really dislike winter.  I don't mind the snow and I can put up with the cold, but when it starts to rain just after I finished shovelling the 3 inches of snow that had fallen the previous night I get a little irked.  Now the walk is all nice and slippery because of course it's minus 15 outside and all that nice rain froze on the clear ( Read more... )
