Pancakes!
Monday was made wonderful by the advent of Pancake Monday! We had three times as many staff in yesterday as today so it was more beneficial all round to have it then. ;)
And boy did we ever do them justice. We had thick homemade pancakes with maple syrup, whip cream, bananas, raspberry/strawberry compote, and bacon. Lots of bacon!
It was vunderbar and made a fairly craptastic monday much much better!
