So here we are, less than a week from the first of June. We've got lots of new people and lots of returnees, and yaaaay, I'm so glad you're all here! ^_____^ I thought I'd kick us off with some small advice bits, sympathy bits, and open the floor to anything anybody wants to say or ask before we hit the ground running next week!
1) YES, you can start panicking now! XD
2) NO, you don't have to do the memes. If you haven't done the memes you are NOT behind! There is no such thing as 'behind' until June 1st! Memes are just for fun! ^___^
3) If you don't have a story yet... YOU ARE NOT ALONE! (I've been emailing back and forth with our com-dad all day because I decided to drop my original story and now I don't have one! Yes, that's right! The founder of nanomango is a shining example of how NOT to do this! XD I have no plot, no plan, no idea what I'm doing, and I'm going to totally wing it!)
What else? No, you don't have to post every day. Please use a lj-cut tag for images in your posts and please use a author:name user:name (oops, my bad!) tag for your posts so everybody can find your posts later (if you don't have one, just flag down one of the mods - that would be me or adifferentdrum).
