cuz i'm dead and bloated

Some of you have the heads-up, and know what you're doing; some have no idea and are struggling to find that muse; some are constantly changing between the two. Whatever your case, it seems all of you are ready to get writing, whatever the case might be.

I'd stumbled, in my head, upon something that one of my friends had told me, but I'd not looked at from a different approach. He'd told me to 'write what I know.' At first, I thought, 'well, of course I'm writing what I know, why else would I choose it to write fifty thousand words?' However, he got me to thinking about... well... what do I know better than that? What do I know the most about, and is still something I've never written before, something totally uncharacteristic?
That's what got me where I am now. I'm already in the thick of plotting out major plot points and character profiles.

Until it comes down to start writing final drafts, always keep your mind open. Things probably will change. They might deviate from your original plan so much that it may not even turn out to be the same story you planned it out to be. The point's to just keep tagging away at it, and you'll have a masterpiece of your own soon enough.

Be sure to check Nyne's post before mine, and post comments to it on your plot ideas and so forth! It should be fun to see what you guys have lined up.
