I think that for the first time in 4 significant months, I have spent all day out and about, with the squid. Not all day at someone's house, but going from here to there, on the move. It was tiring, but good.
In our shopping adventure with a tired nurse_liz (now resident in my town! YAY YAY YAY!) entirely fail to get any clothes for me, but still, we got out, and I tried things on. We looked at ludicrous shoes in TK MAXX, and poked clothes in H & M. Nothing nice for me, but still, worth a continuing try. The Squid was equal parts charming and tired. It does bode well for our day with the girls to celebrate professoryaffle in a couple of weeks.
Anyone seen anything tempting in the shops? I hate almost all my clothes, except the ones which I can't currently wear, and my bodyshape has changed, so I'm skinnier in some places and fatter in others, and my breasts are enORmous. Despite happily being a mum, I do not want to look mumsy... Anything great online?
I'm going to go and feel knackered in the shower now.
