Thursday Spring cleaning and rowdy Desmond

Worked on tidying up the house all morning. I went over to see J, then to the building store for ice and water shield and tar to fix the studio roof. Also a small square screwdriver to get the hinges do for the panel door. I met Alida at the chippery where they had ordered poutine.
We headed to Canadian Tire where the kids could sit in the red car carts and drive while I shopped. I bought some clay pots and tbottoms, a set of screwdrivers, etc.
At Giant Tiger Desmond ran away because he wanted a lollypop and I said, 'no'. So I made it through the cash, but thenhad left my purse in the car. So Maya and I went out to the car and when we came back, Scarlett was at the cash! She helped me get Desmond. She had to carry him so he couldn't kick, upside down works best for her.
I was so grateful, as I couldn't get him by myself. We got home and I left them with Daddy and went over to Scarlett's. She's got an amazing pallet of flowers to work with. She wears herself out. We had some morels for the first time ever. How fun!
I didn't come home till 8ish.
