Playing Grandma at home with Desmond et al
Alida and Jean just came over with Desmond! They brought Abe back home from town.
I was so thrilled when I realized it was Alida with the long blond straight hair! You can't recognize anyone from their hair anymore!
It was so nice to play with Desmond as he wanted to go up and down the stairs. He's such a little doll.
I snuck him up on Mommy and Daddy and let him land on them while they pretended to be sleeping on the couch! They all laughed heartily.
Opa played the piano for him a litttle bit.
The pressure treated lumber splinters from the porch are worse than regular splinters, so he'll need his shoes on to walk on there. He loves WALKING as he repeats! He is very verbal! He's an amazing communicator!
I got his swing out right away! I love being Grandma! That made my day wonderful in the end! I wasted the rest of the middle of the day.
