Willem is so good to drive us home to Vlaardingen. I had been very worried about our long day of driving today, but it has worked out so nicely now! I have my laptop open on my lap navigating with the map while he is driving. We are on our way to Utrecht from Zwolle now. The cars are going quite fast, 130 is the speed limit, but we are only going about 95. It’s much safer like this!

McDonald’s in Holland has different things than they do in Canada. I’m glad to see that they sell foods that are native to the countries they are in! Its good business and good for people. We are 45km from Utrecht, but I can see light in the sky. Oh wait, that’s the moon. It’s been quite nice to be in Friesland today, open spaces, lovely polders, countryside without so many turnoffs and traffic.

It has been a very fulfilling day for me, to meet these two beautiful sisters! They have really been a wonderful reflection to me of myself in their lives. I am so glad that youtube has brought us together. I think that we should all get to know each other, as we all have so much in common. I remember meeting Vanessa in SC. What a wonderful experience that was to meet someone so much like me. I just absorbed her while we were together. I was amazed at her energy and loved hearing her talk and tell me of things she was doing and projects she had on the go and projecs she’d had in her past. Fascinating to meet likeminded people, I must say!
