Maryjane wasn't up yet, so I went down to the pond. It's so lovely down there. I only counted fifty something toads and two leopard frogs. No new blue heron tracks though. I stacked some of the rocks up along the side of the terraces. It really looks nice there now.
I pulled up grass everywhere around my big huge Joe Pye bushes, then relaxed in the chair and studied the pond for awhile.
It was time to wake up Maryjane. We have to go get a sink and faucet for the kitchen. Maryjane says we need to replace this window with a good one, too. Cachink cachink. It is a bad window, single pane and not really a window at all, but a piece of glass agains two by fours and little wood holding it in place.
We have to pick up Abe at from Alida's later this afternoon. He'll help put the cupboards up and load up the car to go to the dump a few times, I hope.
