I got to Ottawa and passed the appliance store. I should write down the info so I can replace those bum element parts.

I passed Dr. Laquere's chiropractic office. I should get my x-rays sent over to my doctor.

I arrived at the medical center, marked it on my gps and got my bloodwork done to see if I have anklosing spondilosis.

I stopped by and asked for my records at teh chiropractor's. They would look but didn't think they'd have them. I remembered taking my new baby Alida over there when she was five days old. That was 23 years ago! wow, been awhile!

From there I went to Quebec in search of Bargain Building Materials. I stopped at a Best Buy in Gatineau and bought an N router, then found that my gps still ahd a record of the Bargain place.

I got there and bought two wider interior bathroom doors. The ones we have now are 24" doors. I got 32's I think.

I looked at their windows, but they weren't the size I was looking for for Abe's bedroom window.

I took the ferry back to Ontario for $9, at the Port of Ottawa. I drove homeward and stopped at Home Depot to find out if they had the window size I needed. They didn't. I looked at their 2x4\s to see how long they would be for a tipi. 12' is the longest, but in Kanata they have 16' ones.

I bought two wide base cupboards, one to go on top of the other one for an island in the kitchen. If it doesn't work out there, I can use them in the sunroom or on top of the other one by the woodshed door.

I stopped at the grocery store and stocked up on the stuff I need. I was amazed that it was all vegetbles, carrots for juice, peppers and mushrooms for eggs, tomato and avocado to go with corn and black beans for that thing someone leaves in the kitchen at the temple. I forget what spices they use in it. Oranges, bananas, grapes and cherries and sausages. Cheese, yogurt and eggs, too. All very healthy stuff. Much better than my former fare of chocolate chips, baking chocolate and ice cream!

I called Abe in case he was wondering where I was.

I stopped at a window place to see if they had what I needed. They didn't but could order it. They could also make one to fit an angled roof specifications for $1200. Pffffft! Did you just pronounce that?

I continued on home, eating an orange and some grapes, followed by a banana. The fruit flies will be very happy with me!
