at mom's at last!
I arrived at Mom's at 3pm. I hadn't told her I was coming, so she wasn't waiting for me. It was just a wonderful surprise that I was here. She said she felt like now she could relax, that Nancy was here and could take care of everything!
I stopped at a BBQ place near the University and brought two sandwiches for us. It was very good. Mom was thrilled. Afterwards we had some ice cream, which was good, but after, my knees hurt a lot. I went up the hill for a walk, anyway, though.
I saw a driveway with an ant hill on it that was about a foot tall! Mom puts little white pellets on the ones on her curb and driveway.
I'm so glad I'm here. Now I don't have to feel useless! But my internet isn't working here!
Later:
I had to go to the AT&T store and buy a new modem to get the internet working here. I just got it set up a few minutes ago.
