Abe in the parade
I was on my way home when I met up with a traffic jam in town. The parade was happening. I pulled up to a stop sign behind the people lined up and stood in the cold for awhile watching the illuminated floats go by.
It was bitterly cold. I had my fake pigtails on, which were good as earmuffs.
I saw the band and after awhile, headed to the end of the parade at the school. It was nice visiting with the kids he hangs out with.
Those pigtails really did help to keep me warm, I must say! He drove us home. It was quite nice not to have to fight the darkness.
