Made bread, answered comments and made a sign
I have been making bread this morning. I've also been answering comments on videos.
I made up the sponge and ground my wheat on a video. Lots of people have wanted to see that mixing up the sponge video but it's deleted from some nasty comment.
I also dug letters in a board for a sign which says, 'EveryWhichWay Bridge'. I painted the letters black. I have to take it down there and attach it somewhere. I may have to put posts into the ground to attach it too, though.
Perhaps I could put it on the Marsh Woods side of the stream to help me find it. Humm. I'll consider that.
The bread is in the pans now rising. The oven is hot enough. I'll bake it in half an our or so. I want to take some of it over to Alida's to give to Jenny and the whole family. They go through a pile of white bread! This is much better for them all!
