I am in tons of pain. I know exactly why, but it doesn’t make it hurt any less.
I ate cheesies on the way home from the chapel with willem last night. That was one of the no-no’s I bought, as well as some chocolate covered Marzipan from Germany.
My back and neck and legs hurt. My arm is mostly immobile again. I haven’t been to my physio for two weeks and it really has made a difference. Although I did do some exercises yesterday. But I'm supposed to be doing them twice a day! Not a week!
I even have the printed out forms that she gave me two weeks ago which I haven’t even used at all! Sheesh.
So now I have to cope with the consequences of my choices. ‘You pays your money and you takes your choice’, my dad says.
