My arm started to hurt so I sat up and ALMOST took a Tylenol 3. But I wanted to go back to sleep, so I got out of bed and went to find the Ibuprophen. I took two, went back to bed, and lay there listening to the loud waterfall at the back of the hill.
I’ve been there a few times, but it’s a fair piece to walk up the road to the neighbours’, follow their farm road into the bush and then all the way along and around the hill we live on until the stream cascades over some large boulders.
The sun isn’t shining yet, but it was a wonderful chance to go down and observe the birds and wildlife at Pole Island.
I considered the flashlight that could shine into the water which I use at night for watching the beavers swim underwater.
I remembered the Spirit prompting me that I’d need a fully charged laptop in the morning. I’d ignored it and journaled anyway. I plugged it in to charge while I took my pills, dressed, found my notebook, camera and shoes.
It was pretty early to take my heart pill cocktail, but I remembered going most of the day without them because I’d not taken them at this early hour before.
