Last week's random neurological head injury asshattery gave me the opportunity to do some 1:1 time with a comatose patient. Let me tell you, nothing is longer than a 12 hour night shift when you have nothing to do but sit at the bedside and watch someone sleep.

Here is a layout that I finished yesterday with some of my favorite photos of 2008. I used some rub-ons by daisyd's that I just fell in love with and a few chipboard embelishments and I used the last of my blue ribbon that I liked so much. The holidays are over and I finally have found some time to put aside the baking and the wrapping and the shopping and get back to business as usual! I got some fun new scrap things for Christmas. I finished off this project over the weekend. This was my first attempt at one of those really cute chipboard word albums. I have to say that for a first attempt I was pretty pleased with how it turned out.

Finished this page over the weekend. It's not very fancy or busy but I really wanted to showcase these photos because they are my favorite of the year. Starting into 2008 I have begun with a me page which is really pretty unusual. Usually I am not in the scrapbook or the photos because I am the one behind the camera.
