okay, freaking out is an exaggeration, but the wedding planning came to a head when i received an insanely high quote from a potential caterer. yes, i understand that it's a federal holiday so staff will be paid time an a half, but you want to charge me $150 a person for HEAVY APPETIZERS?! who do you think you are? who do you think *I* am??! no, i'm not paying that because that is RI-DI-CU-LOUS.
so yeah, it stressed me out. and then i got stressed about money for the wedding in general, and that all the catering quotes we've gotten have been pretty high, and will people even be full eating heavy apps at 7:30, a dinner hour? and do i really need to hire a band, which is kind of turning out to be a pain in ass because we have to go SEE them all in these different venues and then really they just all sound the same?
i have been telling myself to CHILL THE F**K OUT.
