Dream Live 2 - Q&A

Jun 23, 2006 08:32

I think I translated the responses for all schools this time. ^_^

Hello ☆☆☆ This is a question for everyone!! Which scenes left the biggest impression on you??

● Endou-san's last speech. I was crying with Hidemasa-san [1] in the wings.
Hidemasa-san's sweeping old woman. It's a character I generally like. (Adachi Osamu)

● In the Seigaku regulars' new song [2], the point where I met and locked eyes with Kikumaru, Ryouma, and Kaidou. Everyone looked so happy, and I thought, “Ah, it was good to stand on this stage with everyone, wasn't it?” (Araki Hirofumi)

● When I faced the hall and cried “Burning!!” and from the crowd replied back with “Burning!!” too. (Kotani Yoshikazu)

● Definitely the opening. The feeling of “waa!” when we very first appeared before the fans and they're not saying anything is the best. (Hotta Masaru)

● It's St. Rudolph's entrance scene. Entering along with the music with black cloaks is, I'll say it myself, too, but it was cool, I think. *grin* (Ootake Yuuki)

● What else but “Erabareshi Elite Juudan!”
The scene where we used the substage right in the middle of the assembly hall and sang and danced to our theme song, I was unbelievably moved!
It was the best!! (Katou Ryousuke)

● It's “Good Combination.” Occasionally in my field of vision, a dancing yellow object scorched my eyes with an intense impact, and it wouldn't go away. (Hayashi Iori)

Which dance was the hardest?

● The last dance of Dream Live!! Even though I remembered it, I had trouble. (Endou Yuuya)

● Decisively, “Semero, Tsuyoku Nare!” A dance where you hit register marks all together was scary. (Hotta Masaru)

● All of the dances were difficult. *grin* I practiced making a pretense of removing my cloak for the St. Rudolph song more than 100 times. If it gets caught on your face...it's terrible. (-_-#) (KENN)

● The opening and the finale dances~
Each school came out in its respective color to dance, so it was difficult to dance so that St. Rudolph's image appeared in the front part.
Good Combination, too - in rehearsals, Yanagisawa-kun wasn't there, so I worried about how it would be in the performance. But with Ueshima-sensei's support, it was decided. (Katou Ryousuke)

● The simple little parts of the “Iku Ze” dance (Yamabuki only version) were hard!! (Wada Masato)

● “Orera ga~ Yamabuki.” (“Iku ze,” Yamabuki only version)
The piece-by-piece drawback of the tempo followed, so one by one we were confused, and it was hard. (Yanagisawa Takahiko)

What does everyone call each other? Please tell me your nicknames, etc.!

[Seigaku Representative: Shirota Yuu-kun]
●Endou: Yuuyan ; Adachi: Adaachin ; Kaji: Kaji ; Shirota: Shirotan ; Kujirai: Kujira-chan ; Yanagi: Yanagi ; Suzuki: Zukkii ; Araki: Arayan ; Aiba: Aiba-chan ; Kotani: Konii

[Fudoumine Representative: YOH-kun]
● YOH: YOH ; Fujiwara: Fukkii ; Miyano: Mamo ; Takai: Shunrii

[St. Rudolph Representative: Aoki-kun]
● Shiozawa: Hide ; KENN: Kennu ; Aoki: Kenzii ; Katou: Ryousuke ; Ootake: Yuuki

[Yamabuki Representative: Yanagisawa Takahiko-kun]
● Wada: Maa-kun ; Yazaki: Piroshi; JURI: Juri (-san) ; Iori: Iori (-san/-kun) ;
Kawakubo: Yuuki ; Yanagisawa: Tomii
Since there's an age difference, there are many ways in which the members refer to each other.

I'm making an inquiry of everyone! On stage, were there any ad-libs that you didn't think about and blurted out (regrettably)? What were they?

● This might not be an ad lib, but in the middle of returning a smash my racket went flying, and I said, “Crap!!” (Endou Yuuya)

●“Let's use our voices!” (Shirota Yuu)

● Before “Shouri no Kami wa Dochira ni Hohoemu,” there's the scene where Seigaku gathers around Tezuka, but when, at the words, “Gather round,” everyone said “Whup!” or “Yes, sir!” I alone said, “Chiisuke.” Incidentally, that's the name of Endou-san's cat. It seems okay, becauseKikumaru's cat-like, right? *grin* (Adachi Osamu)

● “Fuji!! Calm down!!” (Kotani Yoshikazu)

● When I'm with Katsuo (Hotta-san), it's generally ad-lib. (Ishibashi Yuusuke)

● Before “Rhythm ni Noru Ze,” there was a point where I'm put in my place by Akutsu, but the power of JURI's eyes, the aura was really profound, and I unconsciously said, “You're not a middle school student...” *grin* (Fujiwara Yuuki)

● In “Good Combination” with Izumi and Fukawa, as a matter of fact, a traditional scene was resurrected. In the rest of the pleasure of that song, I don't remember doing the “Ahahahaha.” That's right! It's the last “Ahahahaha” of the street tennis scene from the first Fudoumine performance. I wasn't worried that everyone would undoubtedly be preoccupied with the duck... *grin* (Miyano Mamoru)

● Maybe something I did with the Gyokurin Pair. *grin* That pair is relatively like ourselves, so we ought to do things naturally. *grin* (Takagi Shun)

● Unnecessary ad-lib, when St. Rudolph is talking and Yuuta said, “Everyone, is the tension rising?” the reaction of the guests was happy, and I unconsciously said, “Right on!!” (^。^;)ゞ(KENN)

● "I'm not nervous!" (Shiozawa Hidemasa)

● Before the match with Yuuya on the substage, I said something like, “I won't let you quit while you're ahead...” When I think about it now, that was never to “Ryouma;” they were words I said to Yuuya. (JURI)

● I said, “I'm not nervous, desu.” (Kawakubo Yuuki)

● Even though we weren't allowed to meet after my bad habit of forgetting the flashlight and saying “Let's go,” I gave the Jimis sign. But Iori-san had to say, “Ah, that sign!” as if we had met! That's just like the east. Maybe that time Iori-san and I were really Jimis. *pleased* And then, I laughed at Yuuki's “I'm not nervous, desu!” *grin* (Yazaki Hiroshi)

● I made some ad-lib blunders, but...when Akutsu was singing his sing, I didn't remember to call Dan Taiichi's actor, Kawakuba Yuuki-kun, by his character's name, and I called, “Yuuki!” ...maybe nobody noticed. (Hayashi Iori)

This time, there were a great number of new songs to learn, but which song was the most difficult/ which song did you like the best?

● The most difficult was “Run Run Run;” since the moves were really intense, the physicality was difficult.
The song I like is the new song, “Crystal.” It's like a victory song for the new Seigaku members, so I love it. (Endou Yuuya)

● “Run Run Run” and “Crystal.” (Shirota Yuu)

● “Aoku Moeru Honou” is my favorite Tenimyu song!!
It's too awesome. It's a song with incredible fighting spirit.
But I also love “Shinkenshoubu to wa Sou Iu Koto.” I'm made numb by YOH-kun, Fukkii, Mamo-chan, and Shunrii...♥ (Suzuki Hiroki)
※Yoh-kun: YOH-kun ; Fukkii: Fujiwara-kun ; Mamo-chan: Miyano-kun ; Shunrii: Takagi-kun

● “Kore ga Seigaku Regyuraajin na no da” was a song for the previous cast, but since it finished with our colors freshly rising to the surface, I like it. What was difficult was in whichever song I was singing, so that I didn't miss a note in my solo part, when I had to sing I was frantic. (Aiba Hiroki)

● The harmony parts of “♪Challenge~” were difficult.
I like “Challenge~ Subete wa Shouri no Tame ni” and “Victory.” (Kotani Yoshikazu)

● The difficult song was “Challenge” (“Challenge~ Subete wa Shouri no Tameni”), which we sang with Fudoumine. I really had a hard time with the harmony.
The songs I like~? I love them all. The songs I particularly like are “The Regulars,” “Power Up de Ikou!”, “Aoku Moeru Honou,” and “Crystal.” (Kaji Masaki)

● “Aoku Moeru Honou.” I've liked it since I saw the previous cast sing it. (Kujirai Kousuke)

● It was great to do “Semero, Tsuyoku Nare!” with the four captains. It was good that we were in it, too. (Ishibashi Yuusuke)

● The Fudoumine part of the finale.
It's an intense, manly, full-throttle dance, moreover the positions, etc. when we were dancing, various difficulties were condensed into one part, so we concentrated the most on it, and we practiced it themost! It was Fudoumine to the max, and the cool parts = intense and difficult!! (YOH)

● The difficult song was... “Rhythm ni Noru ze.” *grin* It took special training to do the “straight man” part and the song together. But I was able to do it and have fun ☆
The song I liked was...the finale dance number! (Fujiwara Yuuki)

● It's definitely “that”!! The new song of the moment, “Crystal”!! It was my first ballad, so it was difficult~...huh? I...didn't sing it. *sweat*
But truly, I was pleased with it and practiced it in secret. In the dressing room there was enthusiastic singing... *grin* (Miyano Mamoru)

● The most difficult song was the harmonica for “Ore wa Ore no Namae de Yobaretai.” I only had one week to practice (it was the first time I'd played it); during the NABS tour, too, I was always carrying it around and playing it. The members were noisy, maybe they hated it. *grin* My favorite song is loved by everyone, of course, but it's definitely “Ore wa Ore no Namae de Yobaretai!” I've been associated with that song for about a year, so my thoughts about it are strong. (KENN)

● In the dance for “Semero, Tsuyoku Nare!” we had to dance while putting emotion into it, so it was pretty tough. My favorite song is, of course, “Erabareshi Elite Juudan.” This time, since we were able to sing on the substage, too, I was able to have fun with everyone. (Ootake Yuuki)

● “Kagayake, Motto” - since the Yamabuki performance, I've thought it's a good song, but this time we were finally able to sing, and it got to look like we were crying. *grin*
The song that was difficult was “The Regulars.”
The song that I liked was “Iku ze!” (Wada Masato)

● The one that was difficult was “Iku ze!” Yamabuki version. Showing the spirit was complicated, and it was sort of running with abandon.
The songs I liked were “Ore-tachi Jimis” *grin* and “Crystal.” (Yazaki Hiroshi)

● The difficult one was the Yamabuki version of “Iku ze!” It's an awesome song to do, but it's fast and exceptionally intense, and we were singing on top of that, so I was on the verge of suffocation. The song I liked was “The Regulars.” Especially “No matter how strewn with thorns the road to the future is...” That phrase is beautiful, isn't it?(Hayashi Iori)

In the “data-man” confrontation there was a song parody, but what were some interesting points of doing the parody?

● I was incredibly happy to have been able to work with Shiozawa-kun, and furthermore, having a song together, discussing the dialogue, and the time when we were creating the song was really interesting. (Araki Hirofumi)

● When we were thinking about the lyrics, we repeatedly considered the role and the person himself; when we thought there were no similarities at all, suddenly between the roles and the actors there were truly points that linked them! That discovery was interesting. [3] (Shiozawa Hidemasa)

In “Good Combination,” who the heck was inside the duck that Kisarazu Atsushi's actor Katou-kun was put together to dance with?!

● The duck was Ueshima-sensei!
To be able to dance with Ueshima-sensei was an incredible honor!! Da~ ne. (Katou Ryousuke)

How was your first concert?

● This time, I was allowed to get a lot of experience, so from now on, carefully, I want to do my best, piece by piece, with this courage. (Adachi Osamu)

● “I was less nervous than at the time of the Yamabuki match; I was able to thoroughly enjoy myself. When I saw the multi-colored penlights from the top of the stage, my heart became full of emotion. (Aiba Hiroki)

● I was pretty nervous. But it was pretty fun, so it was the best.
The fans, too; when we think that they were the best, we're incredibly happy, too. (Kaji Masaki)

● Somehow, it was fun.
The encouragement from the fans really made me happy. (Kujirai Kousuke)

● Before the performance, the truth is I was amazingly scared. At first I was surpassed by the hugeness of the assembly hall. The sense when we did it in the practice room up to then was that I would always flub my lines, I could never hear my own voice singing, and in the rehearsal just before I made a mistake in an important scene. I was overwhelmed by the largeness of the audience, too. So I was incredibly scared.
But standing on the stage, I was helped by the warm encouragement of the audience. Everyone's smiling faces were seen; in a trice, my fright was able to turn into enjoyment!! Everyone, truly, thank you! (Miyano Mamoru)

● If it's a concert, there are certain emotions. That is, the pen lights that everyone in the assembly hall was holding. When we were singing ballads, I was fascinated by their incredible prettiness.
Doing the performance was the first time I understood it; it was the best production. (Takagi Shun)

● Until 3 seconds before the performance I was calm, but the moment I appeared on stage, my “Ah, crap" face was twitching.
But when I stood on the stage for the first time, when “Hidemasa~♪” was heard, it was a happy “Nfuu” feeling. (Shiozawa Hidemasa)

● I got past my nervousness and was excited. (Aoki Kenji)

● For the performance, my foot was tapping nervously. But I was staggeringly excited!
My foot was tapping to the Jimi's walk, but my feelings were excited. *grin* (Yazaki Hiroshi)
