Seiran, the official moe-blob, pedo jailbait who's secretly evil the strongest of the Rose Knights (?) and is really only 3 years old~! He even moe sparkles! He's cute and not afraid to use it to his advantage.

Seiran is tooo cute~~!! I wanna RP him!! Though it somehow breaks my brain a bit that he's voiced by Jun Fukuyama (Hakuren, Lelouch, Watanuki) in the drama CDs. He sounds quite a bit like Labrador in the drama CD! XD Though Lab's voice is still higher~!
