Diet: Week 1

So I've officially completed week 1 of the Abs Diet. That means 3 circuit training weight workouts, 2 interval training 20 minute runs, 2 karate classes, and 6 meals a day of awesomeness. During the week it's easy cause my schedule is fixed and school lunch has a billion power foods. Weekends are a bit more difficult cause my schedule gets changed up. I still managed to eat a lot. It's weird, it seems like eating is my job now. I eat dinner but then before I go to bed I think "I gotta have one more snack" so I make myself up a smoothie or something.

Breakfast = oatmeal, canned tuna, lowfat milk
Snack 1 = almonds, apple or grapefruit, lowfat yogurt
Lunch = School lunch with veggies, spinach, white rice, milk, and other stuff
Snack 2 = canned tuna, lowfat yogurt, apple or grapefruit, almonds
Dinner = homemade oyakodon
Snack 3 = strawberry smoothie

rinse and repeat.

I haven't lost any weight yet but I have more energy (on Friday I wasn't even tired before karate). That, and I'm a billion times more regular than I used to be. Not that you really needed to know that, but hey - what are friends for? :)
