Eve
Xmas eve, was drunk and oh, so chill. Our friend Dean came over for the 4th year running and we just watched movies glutted ourselves on treats and wine/beer.
Right now, I'm waiting for my roast to finish up in the oven! We are having roast stuffed with garlic, I rubbed steak spice and Dijon mustard on the outside then I drizzled some maple butter on top, mmmmm. I've got mixed veggies cooking up with it and I'm going to make some roasted broccoli with a Waldorf salad on the side. No dessert, we have so many treats that I made up :)
