(no subject)
Just sittin', hopin', waitin', wishin'....
Nothing exciting happening...just work.
The weekend before last one of my friends from high school was in Vancouver for business, so she drove out to White Rock for a quick visit. :) Hooliganism ensued. We went out for dinner at The Boathouse restaurant, which is fairly fancy and gorged ourselves on rich people food and Bellinis. Then I made her do the tourist thing and took her down to the beach to see the white rock, where we took goofy photos of each other on her iphone.
The "evil one" came back to work last Monday, and she's been hard at work, talking trash ever since. It was nice that Jared was still here last week for some overlap, but today is the first day without him, and I miss his nice, chill company. At least my manager can't stand her either, and the assitant manager she used to suck up to, is NOT playing her game this time around. He may just be managing her right out of this position. *fingers crossed*
This weekend contained coffee runs with my twin. *explanation* She is not really my twin, but we look REMARKABLY alike, right down to the fact that our teeth are crooked in the EXACT same way!
We went to Homesense and jumped on the furniture, danced in the aisles and coveted everything. Then we drove over to Winners and tried on beautiful summer dresses,tossing them over the change room doors to each other to see who looked better in what. Sunday, was hot chocolate and gossip at Jared's house.
