THROW ME SOMETHING, MISTER!
We are heading down to New Orleans now. We have a hotel room on St Charles St for the next two nights. A huge parade that was supposed to be on last night got rained out and pushed back to tonight after the Bacchus parade. It is going to be a crazy crazy few nights.
From the few parades we've been to we probably have over a thousand strands of beads. They are separated into garbage bags on the living room couch! In the next few days we will probably see another ten parades... I can only imagine.
The office is closed Monday and Tuesday for the culmination of Carnival. We'll work Wednesday and Thursday and then drive down to Florida for the weekend. Exhausting.
