House Party 4
I went out last night to meet my friends Yukari and Yuka (the Yuka-tachi) after a long time no see. I thought Yukari had planned everything, and Yukari thought I had planned everything, so with a lack of plan everyone went to eat Mexican food. Which rules.
Then I somehow convinced everyone to come back to my newly cleaned apartment for some wholesome drinking. When we got home I was surprised to find three people already in my apartment! My roommate, Nate, of course (RoomNate); my friend Matt; and my old Japanese teacher Yuyki (recently had to cancel class with her because I'm getting broker). The people I brought were Yuka (Asano, 浅野 the short one), Yukari (Takano 高野 the tall one, if you know Japanese you get why these last names are a funny coincidence), Jon, Steve, and I. 8 people in one 6 tatami room! That's 3/4 of a tatami each.
We drank a lot and things got silly and a little weird. We trashed my clean living room. Then I stayed up all night playing video games. I slept until 3:30 pm, and now my arms really hurt.
Well, I'm off to a double date tonight. Wish me luck.
