I'm just all over the place tonight, aren't I?
So something, like, short-circuited in my brain earlier and I basically had this massive spazfit over Rent. I am freaking dying to see it. Amazon says estimated date of arrival is February 23-29. TWENTY-NINTH. If it doesn't get here until the twenty-ninth, I don't know what I'll do with myself. I think my brain might explode.
However, I do know that the instant I get it I'm going to sit down and watch it like six times in a row and sing along with all the songs and just generally be in complete ecstasy. XDDD 'Course in-between all these repeated watchings I'll be going through the special features, too, because this thing has shitloads of 'em. Eeeeeeeee. I'm so excited. *squeals*
Also, I actually decided to go ahead and just work on my icon reorganisation project. For the most part it's going well. My problem is that a lot of them are just getting classified as 'neutral,' because they're just artsy or, like, a picture...and it doesn't...like...represent an emotion of any kind, or anything. Bleehhhh.
Anyway, once I do finally get them all sorted out, I'm going to cut my current set of 15 down to maybe five basic icons (since that's about all I use regularly anyway) and rotate out the others on maybe, like, a bi-weekly basis? Or something.
Of course the problem with this is that every time I go in and change one of my icons, all the others revert to my default. u__u So they don't stay. Bleehhhhh.
Any suggestions?
In other news, I joined avatar_mirror and titans__rating...now I wish people would actually vote on me u__u I have two at the Titans one and one at the Avatar one. And the one at the Avatar one is Zhao...I'm like, kthx, so I'm a power-crazed homicidal egomaniac? Wow, that's reassuring. On the bright side, my Titans votes have been for Beast Boy and Kid Flash, both of whom I like.
Episode 132 is tomorrow night. I am SO excited. I am totally staying up to watch it a second time, even though that'll mean not going to bed until 3AM. I don't care. kousuke_blade and I need to spaz together over it, and, hell - I want to spaz twice over it. XDD I pity Molly, I really do. Pickle, you had BETTER be online tomorrow night, so I can fangirl at you. ZOMG. *flails*
One thing that excites me is that two of the books I ordered on Amazon should have shipped out today...the novelisations of Titan A.E. and Hook, I believe. Normally I can't stand novelisations, as they tend to oversimplify the plot of a movie and basically just turn it into a cutesy kiddie book, but I'm very excited about these two. According to the reader reviews, the Titan A.E. one actually expands on the story a lot, so that should be interesting. And the Hook one is by Terry Brooks - yes, the fantasy author Terry Brooks. That one had amazing reviews, too.

Anyway, so I should be getting those sometime this week, since they're also both coming from relatively nearby states...one from Alabama and one from Georgia, or something like that. I am full of much fangirly excitement.
I think I may turn in early tonight and then get up early tomorrow morning to finish my work, since I'm developing a headache and I really don't think I can focus on Hemingway right now. And this time I have to really know the material, since I'm "on the line" tomorrow. What that means is I have to sit in the front row and answer any questions about the text the prof might throw at me. This wouldn't make me nervous if I didn't know that, like, everyone will be listening to me and - gah. Not going to let myself get freaked out. I have awful stage fright. PHHBBBBBTTT at myself.
Hmmm. I think that's about all.
