(no subject)
Today is my last day in California for the next 4 months. I'm leaving tomorrow at 4 am to drive with Dad across the country. I have almost finished packing all my things, and today shall consist of concluding my marathon packing session that has lasted the last 3 days, packing the things I have packed into the rental car, and running around town trying to find more things to pack that I have forgotten. Fun.
I am very bitter. Tina Le failed to return to me my copy of the Roalh Dalh Omnibus. I LOVE THAT BOOK. Oh well. My parents wouldn't have let me brought it anyways...I originally had a big box just of books, but then my parents said it was too much and make me take out all my heavy coffee table books with glossy pictures! NO! It was a terrible loss. But I will survive. I have too many things. WAY to many clothes, believe it or not. I'm going to drive up to campus and look like Elle Woods with hundreds of boxes....
I am finally excited. And very cheery. I'M GOING TO COLLEGE!!!! Which reminds me....if you didn't get the email with my contact info, or if I don't have YOUR contact info, please email me at yapp@fas.harvard.edu, which as of now is my new email address.
No more angst or sorrow about leaving, I know everything's going to work out in the end. I'm SO PYSCHED FOR HARVARD!!!!!!!!! You can reach me on my vast trek across the USA by leaving a message on my cell (it will be off, but I'll be checking messages periodically).
OH! Has any of you lost a cell phone recently? I got this message today from some guy named Dave who found a cell phone in a cab and he's calling all the people in its address book to try to find out who it belongs to. So, if you lost a cell phone, his number is 917-567-7246
