Here's a quickie...
My life is fucking awesomely satisfying as fuck these days. I live in Long Beach, CA with the most well behaved 6 pound chihuahua named Thor the Destroyer. He is much more of a child than dog. Never barks, litter trained, no need to walk him with a leash, and I can even ride my bicycle with him following next to me, always stopping for intersections. He's an intelligent little guy and has proved to be my best California comrade.
I finally understand what love is. I've been with Gregg for 2 years now and coulnd't be happier. We respect one another more than anything I could imagine, and I hope to spend the rest of forever with him. He too is a body piercer and my perfect match. Believe it or not we haven't fought once in two years. Crazy, right?
I am proud to say that I do not own, or plan on owning a car. I ride a Kawasaki ninja 500 or my bicycle. 100+ mph on two wheels is an incredible sensation. I even know how to change the oil on that bad boy. :)
I work at a piercing only studio that has been owned by the same woman for 15 years. We are very well established and respected. My boss is my hero, takes wonderful care of me, and I can honestly say that there is nowhere else in the world that I'd rather work. 22 hours a week of doing what I love keeps me comfy.
The downside is that I miss my friends and family more than anything in the world. I am incapable of befriending native californians...they're just a different breed and I prefer my own. Luckily I was able to import my friend Tara from Washington, and she's everything I need in a friend. Love her.
