Yes, I'm updating for J (this is his girl) since he won't update ;) I love this boy <33 Anyways, I told him I'd write an entry about cheese..
Cheese is really good, I guess. I only like sharp cheddar and asiago. Most cheeses smell really wierd and stinky. Cheese will continue to ripen, no matter how carefully it is stored. Hard cheeses will generally keep for several months, whereas softer cheeses will keep from one to three weeks after opening, if stored in an air-tight container.
I sound like a human dictionary, anyways .. I'm going to end this entry with a little something for my sweetheart:
