Changidy is in Taiwan!

She's visiting family and asked me to tell you all to pray for her to be a good witness to her family while she is there.
For one thing, she wants to see her cousin who's become a Buddhist nun but the family isn't arranging it for her since Charlene (the cousin) doesn't want her dad to know where she is.
Also, her aunt Hsiu Mei (Show May)'s hepatitis has activated so she doesn't have long to live.

Thank you for praying and for all you who are abroad, know that I am praying for you too (that means you, Josh--I enjoy your Japan updates and totally agree with you on the relationship approach to ministry rather than go-blast-them-with-the-Gospel-impersonally-and-in-a-non-culturally-sensitive-manner. I wonder how much damage we did on our Mexico missions trips for all the good we tried to do. I have been on some good short term missions trips over college spring breaks that recognize the limitations of short term missions and take advantage of their strengths--but your stories about the touristy/weird stuff they want you to do really makes my teeth hurt from grating).

So yes.
