 Al right, so I'm technically supposed to be compiling notes for economics, politics, psychology and compulsory english, considering my finals are in a few days and I need to compile the damn notes before I can learn them up. I am, however, a procrastinator of the highest order, and shall shamelessly post on lj since i have absolutely nothing

I SO agree.
Why do women have to do petty household chores ALL the time?
My dad won't even get up to get himself water and the worst part is my mom would be expected to get it no matter what she is doing or in which part of the house she is.
That sucks.
I hate sexist pigs.

I'm so sorry it took me so long to reply to this, laptop chrager conked, i was left in internet-less misery.
anyway,
i'm sorry about your father. i do love my dad, but the situation's similar. its not that they're being malicious or anything, more like its how things have always been and nobody sees anything wrong with things the way they are ya know? which is really sad.
women aren't much better, extreme feminism out to avenge every woman who's ever been wronged is ridiculous. women are people as well, and as much as they deserve the extra effort due to years of suppression, it does not mean they should be allowed to walk all over the men either. everyone makes mistakes, man or woman, the consequences is what should be the same. its the situation, the relationships, the personality that matters yea? not the x or y chromosomes.
