Let me tell you about this beautiful, golden spread that I should never have learned to make. Lemon curd is SO delicious! and SO easy! Three egg yolks, three lemons, a quarter cup of sugar, and maybe half an hour to make, and it's just sooo good! It's pretty dangerous. I used
Use Real Butter's meyer lemon curd recipe, but substituted regular lemons. It is super tart, but I love it!
