Pictures!
Today, you get pictures of everything that I did over the weekend! (Except for the corset, as I haven't been able to get anyone to take my picture in it, yet. Maybe tonight?
First, here's my first Fair sock, barely started. It's taking a bit longer than I'd thought, but then again I have been wasting my time with silly sewing projects. I'm falling in love with working on this again, so there may be a ton of work on it the next few weeks while Eric is on the road.
Also, here are two of the strays from around Kathy's house. Not the super awesome gray spotted one (all my pictures of him are blurs), but these two were super pretty, too. Wish I'd had a better camera with me!
Leah's bustle skirt is finally done! It only took me, what, four months to finish it? It is not very flattering there, but hopefully it will look better when it's not being modelled by a chair! (if you're interested, there's a detail of the fabric on my flickr stream. It's a pretty white-on-white print.)
And, finally, here's my car bein' all shiny. Apparently it's too hot out for the local robins, as they have not yet left their mark. The neighbors have a big owl statue in their driveway. Do you think that helps?
