Finished Sweaters!
Normally, a night that starts with an unidentified cat puking on my brand new shirts (still in the bag awaiting their first wash) and a lamp shattering would irrevocably ruin my night and I'd end up going to bed early. So I'm very glad JJ was visiting! It was not so bad, after all :) Still, I was supposed to make a cake, and that didn't happen. Sorry to the cake-anticipators :(
And look! The Twin Sweaters are done, wrapped, and ready to be mailed tonight! I went to update my Ravelry project file and saw that I started them on July 25! So they're finished exactly one month after they're started. Not included in the picture are the two books from the Baby Be of Use series. Hee! Now all we're missing is the babies! (Take your time, darlings.)
Here is a picture of Asi being Chaperone Cat. It's not very clear, since he's always right up in the camera whenever he can be (there were, like, four pictures of tan smudges where he tried to pet himself on the camera while I was taking a picture.) But whenever Eric and I sit on the couch together, he'll glare accusingly at us until I move over enough for him to sit between us. Chaperone Cat says leave room for the Holy Spirit! (That's Annie's line)
Now I'm going to go make another cup of tea to warm my hands. The AC is broke and stuck on high today! Thank goodness I figured out the Senseo! (How can three buttons be confusing? I don't know. I'm blaming the cold.)
