So, maybe I want to dye my hair a crazy color. And maybe there's nothing specific against it in the written policy. And maybe everyone is dodging the actual giving-me-the-answer bit, and the HR person said I'd have to talk to the VP of my area to see if it's allowed. Should I bother her with a silly haircolor question, or should I just give up on it? (She's 4 levels above me in the org chart, so I feel quite unimportant, anyway.)
