I received a phone call from the OVES school psychologist today. The good news? Callan most definitely qualifies for Special Education (and therefore Special Education funding through the school district) in her estimation. The bad news? The doctor from CHOP Exton does not necessarily concur with the preliminary diagnosis we receive of a cavernous hemagioma on Callan's leg. We're to call Monday to schedule surgery and she will be sending the tissue removed to CHOP itself to be tested for cancer.
