Nadia, if she happened to glance up toward her door at some point, would have noticed a package that wasn't there before.

A floral arrangement, in fact. With a note pinned to the ribbon that was wrapped around the vase.

Nadia couldn't help but smile at that. The flowers were nicely tropical and she set them up on her desk near the window.

Figured that you couldn't keep something like a birthday, even one that might not be real, from an angel and a medical doctor, both of whom had access to your official records for whatever reason.
