Room 502/4/6, Friday afternoon

Mar 09, 2007 12:22

Nadia had nearly managed to forget that today was the day that was officially listed as her birthday, but had remembered upon noticing the date a little while ago, after the assembly.

No one had said or done anything, which, Nadia knew, was entirely for the best. Unfortunately, not celebrating didn't mean that she wasn't reminded of all the things she was working on getting past: that she didn't know her mother, that her father was probably evil, that she had no idea when she was actually born, that her personal history was riddled with, well, riddles and mysteries.

She was also remembering the party Veronica had surprised her with for her 16th birthday, though. That had, she had to admit, been fun.

So she was staring out the window at the rain, thinking and generally being very conflicted about the whole thing.

[ooc: open to roomies or visitors, though SP may be in effect as Fridays around here tend to be a bit busy.]

pippi, happy birthdays are a myth, 502-4-6
